Towing & Roadside Assistance

We had a wreck in the area during a winter storm about a year ago .... Bill's crew did an outstanding job in -16 -20 temperatures. They used multiple units for the job. Truck ,Trailer and load was recovered with minimum damages. The price for the service was right and way below what other company's in the area quoted us . Bill .. thank you for helping us!!

I was driving home to Sun Prairie from Wisconsin Dells in the snow storm tonight. It was far worse than I thought possible. It got to the point where I couldn’t see the road very clearly because the wind and snow was just blowing too think. I ended up on the left hand side of the interstate (I94). Not knowing what to do, I called 911 (Lodi). They called Bill’s Towing. Bill himself (the owner) came to where I was. I’m handicap and was wearing my cast. He was very kind, reassured me he would take care of my car and helped me get into the tow truck. He drove very study and cautiously. Bill drove me all the way to Sun Prairie in the parking lot of my apartment building. He drove my car next to the tow truck and helped me out of the truck so I could walk right to my car. Both my car and me are safe at home because of it.

I called them for tow for my semi trailer. They arrived access the situation and got the job done with out the tow. I was very pleased with them so I had them do the repair. Very friendly employees!!! I will be sure to call them the next time I have an issue.

Bill’s was excellent to work with. I called asking for an estimate for a towing job and immediately got one. Once scheduled, the wait was not long (30-40mins). The tow truck arrived, the driver was kind and patient (waited for me to complete the payment once he arrived) and took care of dropping the vehicle and key off at the designated location. Afterwards, I called to confirm the vehicle was dropped off and quickly received that confirmation.

The guys at Bill’s are awesome. I caught a flat on my trailer on the highway. Luckily it was right near their exit. I went into their shop and asked if they had a tire for the trailer, and they did. I sat down in the waiting room and the mechanic came in and said I was all set. Because of their awesome service, I was back on the road in about 10 minutes. Who has service like that nowadays? I highly recommend Bill’s, awesome service and very reasonably priced!

Josh was great. Was amazing service. Staff very friendly and helpful. They just want their customers to be happy. We had been looking for a car for my daughter for weeks and found Bills towing and auto. I would recommend them to anyone. Diamond in the ruff.
