I don’t haul this camper often and when I found myself stranded on the side of the interstate just before their exit with the tread ripped clean off I didn’t have to wait long for the most efficient service!!! Thanks again for saving the day!!
I hit something on the interstate that caused a flat tire and wedged under the car. My insurance agent called Bill‘s Towing and they were great. Friendly and efficient in getting my car loaded up and taking it to Bill‘s. Service department was equally friendly and efficient in getting the damaged tire off, the spare on and the undercarriage damage taken care of so I could safely drive my car home.
Daryl was wonderful! I really appreciated him taking the time to explain the cost breakdown a second time. He helped me feel like I understood what was going on with my vehicle. I would highly recommend him. His customer service is A+ and was incredibly kind and knowledgeable!
Bill’s got the job done for me when I really needed it, I am so grateful to their team! My car broke down on the way to Minneapolis around 5 pm (right around when Bill’s closes), and I had a very important flight leaving the next morning from MSP. They towed me to their place very quickly, fixed my alternator and replaced my two front tires before 5 AM the next day so that I would be able to make my flight - they also made a mistake in recommending a battery replacement (having tested the battery themselves after I left, so I never would have known differently) and reached out saying they refunded the full amount for the battery. Totally awesome service!
We called for service and despite it being a very busy weekend, they were able to make time for us. Not only did they show up quickly, they were friendly and courteous. They even went above and beyond. When they were dropping the car in my driveway, they asked if we had blocks to prop the car up with. The control arm had broken. The tow driver took the extra time to make the sure the car was appropriately supported before completing the job. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Truly Exceptional Service and Care I had an unexpected situation where my car ended up in a ditch, and out of nowhere, a tow truck driver stopped to help me. The very first thing he did was check on my well-being, making sure I was okay before anything else. That level of care meant so much. He was incredibly kind, professional, and went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Throughout the process, he spoke gently and kindly explained everything, even pointing out that snow was packed inside my tires and might cause some wobbling until I reach the highway—where it would clear at higher speeds. It’s rare to find someone so generous and helpful these days. Before leaving, I gave him a hug out of sheer gratitude. And even after I drove away, they sent me a text to make sure I made it home safely. If you ever need towing assistance or automotive repair, I highly recommend this driver for their honesty, compassion, and outstanding service. Truly a lifesaver!

My uncle’s minivan slid off our driveway after an ice and snowstorm. Even though it was New Years Day, Bill’s had a truck at our house in the morning to pull him out of the ditch and get him on his way. Bill’s saved the day and our holiday. We are grateful. Thank you!
