It really stinks when you are 400+ miles away from home at 12:30am on a busy interstate and you need to get a tow. Luckily Bill's was the first name that came up when I googled towing near me! The young man that showed up was extremely nice and helpful. We may have lucked out, but the tow truck they picked us up in was BRAND new and was very nice, the gentleman was very willing to stop at the gas station first to see if that fixed our issue on the way to their shop, It did fix our issue, and he sent us on our way. But they made us feel comfortable that there was a hotel right by their shop if needed, even though we wouldn't have needed it. With this interaction, I would for sure use Bill's for service if I was local.

Excellent people and service- starting with the office, parts and mechanics everybody was professional, helpful and reliable- the repair was done in time and rightly prices- I totally recommend this shop for anybody with mechanical problems or towing for that matter
My wife’s car was involved in an accident and I went to Bill’s to see the car and retrieve belongings. Flip, helped me out and was hilarious - making fun of my British! Flip even took off the license plates when asked. Great guy and helped out tremendously!
Ron from Bill’s Towing was incredible in a time of distress! We weren’t able to connect over the phone before he headed to my location for a spare tire change and by the time he had arrived, we had been able to fix the tire. He came to our location, waited to make sure we were set to go, and didn’t attempt to charge us for a full repair price. Would highly recommend!
Will came and saved the day! 96 degree weather and our keys got locked in our vehicle in our insulated cooler! He was quick to arrive and quick to get into our vehicle!
Helped me out in a pinch and Alex was great. We had a tire issue but a 9 hour drive the next day they were able to get us towed to the tire store very quickly !

I don’t haul this camper often and when I found myself stranded on the side of the interstate just before their exit with the tread ripped clean off I didn’t have to wait long for the most efficient service!!! Thanks again for saving the day!!
I hit something on the interstate that caused a flat tire and wedged under the car. My insurance agent called Bill‘s Towing and they were great. Friendly and efficient in getting my car loaded up and taking it to Bill‘s. Service department was equally friendly and efficient in getting the damaged tire off, the spare on and the undercarriage damage taken care of so I could safely drive my car home.
Daryl was wonderful! I really appreciated him taking the time to explain the cost breakdown a second time. He helped me feel like I understood what was going on with my vehicle. I would highly recommend him. His customer service is A+ and was incredibly kind and knowledgeable!
