I was driving home to Sun Prairie from Wisconsin Dells in the snow storm tonight. It was far worse than I thought possible. It got to the point where I couldn’t see the road very clearly because the wind and snow was just blowing too think. I ended up on the left hand side of the interstate (I94). Not knowing what to do, I called 911 (Lodi). They called Bill’s Towing. Bill himself (the owner) came to where I was. I’m handicap and was wearing my cast. He was very kind, reassured me he would take care of my car and helped me get into the tow truck. He drove very study and cautiously. Bill drove me all the way to Sun Prairie in the parking lot of my apartment building. He drove my car next to the tow truck and helped me out of the truck so I could walk right to my car. Bills towing was the only 1 of 3 towing companies that responded to me at 6:30pm on a Saturday. I hit a pothole on a side road and immediately blew my tire. Within an hour and a half, Ron was able to meet me at the car and get me towed. Ron was super duper nice, made it really easy to send him the location and walked me through the process of paying online. Took about 3 mins on the scene and I was able to leave.
