Bills towing was the only 1 of 3 towing companies that responded to me at 6:30pm on a Saturday. I hit a pothole on a side road and immediately blew my tire. Within an hour and a half, Ron was able to meet me at the car and get me towed. Ron was super duper nice, made it really easy to send him the location and walked me through the process of paying online. Took about 3 mins on the scene and I was able to leave. He was courteous, funny and really good at what he does! Shortly after that, he confirmed my vehicle was at our tire shop and our key was in the Dropbox. Great service!!!

My son’s vehicle wouldn’t start after his shift at Culver’s. Driver met me in parking lot before the restaurant opened, and when I tried starting the car one last time, the car started! Bill’s never charged me for the service call, and the driver was very polite. I’m calling Bill’s every time!
Great service! Our RV broke down Friday afternoon on the way back to North Carolina. They came out right away and seen if there was anything they could do to fix it. Couldn’t fix at roadside so they towed it to their garage to further diagnose.
After waiting for AAA to get us assistance for an hour and a half, I decided to call Bill's directly, and they were there in less than 30 minutes! Quick, professional, and overall very helpful in a stressful situation. Would recommend!

We had quite the dilema when the forestry mulcher slid diwnhill on soft ground and stuck between 2 trees next to a 20 foot ravine not to mention deep in the woods! Bill and his 3 sons came and in 2 hours recovered the machune safely and no damage to the machine. These fokks are awesome at what they do. I pulled in at 7pm on a Wednesday evening...2 hours from home with a bad wheel bearing on my boat trailer - unable to drive any further. The guys changed out everything and had me back on road. I arrived home safe and with my boat! Outstanding customer service and would highly recommend!
My work vehicle was stuck in a muddy field (all my own fault) I called Bill’s towing, and worked with Tracy to get a tow truck with a winch to get my truck back on the road. Tracy was very helpful and down to earth. Tracy handled my situation with care and concern, she got things done!!! Was a great place. I broke down on the highway in the middle of bad storms and still had 2 hours to get home. They were so nice, got to me quickly, got my tire replaced and I was back in the road in an hour. They were all super friendly from the owner to the tow truck driver and the office. Cleanest tow lobby I’ve ever seen. There is not enough I could say to recommend them more
While visiting from out of state I needed a jump. The gentleman was there within minutes and helped me quickly, and it was easy to pay via the link texted. I highly recommend their friendly helpful service.

Great experience at Bill’s Towing and Auto Repair! Had car trouble on the highway and was able to make it to their shop. The staff quickly diagnosed the problem, gave a fair estimate, and ordered the necessary parts to fix my vehicle. They did great work and my car is running better than ever. Bills towing was great. They were there on time when they said they would. Driver was polite, clean and respectful. Drive was very nolligible and experienced on how to tow the medium duty truck he came to tow. The driver new how his truck worked. where things were and didn't fumble around trying to figure out how to hook truckon lift. I highly recommend Biil's towing . They are number 1 call for when I need service again.
Our car died in a restaurant parking lot. The dealership told me it was a security lock based on the indicator lights and I would have to have it towed. I called Bill's Towing. A truck arrived within an hour. The driver got it started with a jump. He adjusted the charge because I didn't need a tow. Thank you Charlie.
Wonderful service! Picked up the phone right away and the receptionist was so kind. The service man was in a real bind as far as the space he had to work with, but he worked with me to get the car straightened out in the parking spot.

They were quick pulled car out of the ditch and when we noticed it had 2 flat tires they called in a flat bed and dropped the car right in our driveway. Both gentlemen we dealt with were wonderful. Hoping to not have to use them again just because don’t want to have to need them. But if we do need someone we will call Bill’s.
