Bill’s was excellent to work with. I called asking for an estimate for a towing job and immediately got one. Once scheduled, the wait was not long (30-40mins). The tow truck arrived, the driver was kind and patient (waited for me to complete the payment once he arrived) and took care of dropping the vehicle and key off at the designated location. Afterwards, I called to confirm the vehicle was dropped off and quickly received that confirmation.
The guys at Bill’s are awesome. I caught a flat on my trailer on the highway. Luckily it was right near their exit. I went into their shop and asked if they had a tire for the trailer, and they did. I sat down in the waiting room and the mechanic came in and said I was all set. Because of their awesome service, I was back on the road in about 10 minutes. Who has service like that nowadays? I highly recommend Bill’s, awesome service and very reasonably priced!

Bills towing was the only 1 of 3 towing companies that responded to me at 6:30pm on a Saturday. I hit a pothole on a side road and immediately blew my tire. Within an hour and a half, Ron was able to meet me at the car and get me towed. Ron was super duper nice, made it really easy to send him the location and walked me through the process of paying online. Took about 3 mins on the scene and I was able to leave. He was courteous, funny and really good at what he does! Shortly after that, he confirmed my vehicle was at our tire shop and our key was in the Dropbox. Great service!!!
